customer serviceinflexible policy
I found a couple of things not quite up to par (it's always something, isn't it?). getting a fork for a dessert purchased at the cafe wasn't included. They wanted extra payment. sitting in the lounge to eat that dessert wasn't allowed either. Apparently, i had to retreat to my room. it felt a bit inflexible, especially given the room rate.
